We launched our company to add value to our DC community.

Our core mission is to “Make People Happy with Delicious, Healthy and Exciting Food”.

For a little over a year, we have been carefully planning our March 31st launch, using exquisite locally sourced ingredients and crafting recipes from all over the world for you.

With the recent outbreak of CODIV-19, we wanted to assure you that rigorous and strict food safety procedures are at the core of every single thing we do.

We are as resilient as our customers and were not going to postpone our launch.

We simply adapted to our current challenging environment.

We aim to bring you delicious, exciting, fresh and healthy food, which you can enjoy with peace of mind.

We are a transparent company focused on contributing to our community’s happiness and healthy food choices so it is important for us to share the safety measures embedded in our processes and enhanced given our current public health challenge.

Our produce, meat, fish, poultry and spice suppliers have robust Good Manufacturing Practices (GPM); they share our views and beliefs about safety, attention to details and quality.

Many are certified under the rigorous Safe Quality Food  (SQF) program which requires a yearly audit under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Our kitchen sanitizing, food preparation, cooking, packaging, cold storing and delivery protocols are solid and adhere very strictly to the requirements and best practice guidelines of the DC Department of Health (DC DOH), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Although, the above local, national and international public health organizations as well as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) report no evidence of the transmission of COVID-19 through Food, we have chosen to provide our kitchen and delivery team with non-surgical masks in addition to the standard hair nets and disposable gloves.

Please note that our use of non-surgical masks does not affect the supply of the surgical-grade masks used by our heroic healthcare professionals.

Each member of our management team is a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) which is the highest food safety certification for restauranteurs in the United States and we monitor the current situation very closely.

We have also established enhanced daily updates with our kitchen team as well as a heightened baseline of hourly hand-washing.


We are very serious about the safety and health of our customers and team members and, it shows in everything we do.

Our entire chain is meticulous and methodical until your meal is delivered to you.
